Heading : Four piece Victorian silver tea set – Teapot, Coffee pot/hot water, sucrier, and creamer
Date : Hallmarked in Sheffield in 1895 for the Atkin Brothers
Period : Victoria
Origin : Sheffield, Yorkshire, England
Decoration : Pie crust rims throughout, each piece. with appplied scrolled feet. The teapot and coffepotwith ebony finials and wooden handles. Scrolled silver handles to creamer and sucrier.
Size :  Hot Water Jug Height 23cm, Spout to Handle 17cm. Teapot Height 15cm, Handle to Spout 26.5cm, Sugar Bowl Height 7.2cm, Handle to Handle 19cm, Milk Jug Height 9cm,  Handle to Spout 14cm
Condition : Excellent, light wear with age – stable crack to finial of coffee pot (approx 2cm). The handle to the coffee pot has lost some of it’s patina and does not quite colourmatch with the teapot ( easily restained)
Restoration : Professionally polished.
