Condition : As new. other than a couple of tiny scuffs to the corners and a very fine scratch to the top of the lid

Notes : this particular box is made from decorative elements consisting of fifteen different woods set in to rosewood veneers; signed and dated to the bottom – ROBERT VORLEY 2010.

Mr Robert Vorley is the only current exponent of Tunbridge Ware worthy of the name. and worked with absolutely authentic. period methods of manufacture. Now in to his eighties. the work of this former architectural model-maker will never be surpassed.
