A signed example made by Moser Karlsbad between 1918 and 1922. Czechoslovakia as we knew it was formed after the breakup of the Austro-Hungarian empire after world war one. The type of frieze is known as “oroplastique”. a method first developed by Val St Lambert and also used by Moser and Walther Sohne.
