Bowl Features : A classical greek amphora shape. A layer of white glass intercalaire between internal clear glass and amber and burnt orange outer layers. Also depicting chrysanthemum flowers and leaves. Twin applied mottled clear glass handles
Marks : Incribed on the base :Cristallerie De Galle Nancy depose around a depiction of a chrysanthemum.

On some of the earliest glass vases Galle would include a picture of the main decorative theme on the underside of the foot. This is one of just a few examples that I have seen during my entire career outside of the Musee des beax arts in Nancy
