SOLD – Georgian Lynn Glass Finger Bowl c1790

Description

We have a truly magnificent Georgian Lynn Glass Finger bowl that’s dates to between 1790 and 1800.

It has 5 Lynn Rings around the bowl and sits on a elevated foot which has a polished pontil. English lead. no chips cracks or restoration. it measures 3 3/8 inches tall and 4 5/8 inches in diameter.

I dont often describe something as exceptionally rare but this is the very first example of a Lynn Finger Bowl we have had in 10 years and I have never seen another. In the last picture Ive shown it next to a pint sized Lynn Tumbler for perspective.
